The goal of this project is to develop new types of non-volatile memory. I mainly did the device design and operating condition definition of the developed memory chips.

The goal of this project is to develop new microelectronics based on the quantum properties of a class of materials called topological semimetals. I investigated the novel physical properties of these materials under extreme conditions, such as ultra-low temperature and high magnetic fields, where quantum phenomena typically appear. During this time: I discovered a nonlocal voltage in these high-mobility semimetals, which can be modulated by in-plane magnetic fields. I also explained the physical mechanism theoretically. Additionally, I proposed a method for measuring quantum oscillations of materials using self-heated 3rd harmonic voltages.

The goal of this project is to explore new way to grow superconductors with atomic thickness. I investigated the low temperature properties of a series of transition-metal dichalcogenide, among them, I discovered the superconductivity in CVD-grown monolayer NbSe2 and few-layer MoTe2.
